3507180 - CDS HANA Views Connection failed with S4 Private Cloud

Symptom

I'm trying to setup a connection between SPI and S/4HANA CDS View.  We have a RISE private cloud subscription, and don't have the access to the on-premise system extractor. What other options do we have to connect to private cloud?

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open SPI
  2. Create new connection to S/4HANA CDS View
  3. Enter credentials
  4. Save
  5. See error

Resolution

Without access to install the On-Premise extractor in your private network, configure your private cloud to connect to our our regional IP addresses.
