3507190 - DRTM Master Data Purge Error Resolution

- An attempt to purge an INACTIVE user resulted in an error: DRTMMasterPurgeApiOptionProfileObjectType SQLException caught

1. Attempt to purge an INACTIVE user.
2. Observe that the purge request completes with errors.
3. Go to purge request monitor and check the  DRTM Master Data Purge requestId
4. Completed report shows the user failed to purge with error
DRTMMasterPurgeApiOptionProfileObjectType SQLException caught  DRTMMasterPurgeApiOptionProfileObjectType 

This SQL exception is referring to an existing profile data for the user we are attempting to purge. 

You just need to go to Manage API Option Profile page to delete profile data for the user .Then to purge this user again .
