3507195 - Error message "Item &1 is not relevant for picking" when posting Goods Receipt with API - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

After upgrading to CE2408, error message "Item &1 is not relevant for picking" occurs when posting Goods Receipt with putaway relevant APIs if the checkbox is not set for "Relevant for Picking" at Customizing "Maintain Delivery Item Categories".

At CE2402, no error message occurs even the "Relevant for Picking" is not set when posting GR with API. But the putaway quantity is not updated for the inbound delivery.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud CE2408

SAP development team did bug fix at CE2408 for the putaway relevant APIs. The behavior with the error message is currently fit the process.

 

It is not regression issue, it is bug fixed.

If there is custom APPs affected, the custom code has to be enhanced.
