3507220 - "Timeout Error: Waiting for element meButton to appear" Error When Executing BPA/iRPA Bot

You are using the BPA/iRPA bot Account Master Data Enrichment for Document Information Extraction (1C2), however the execution fails with the following error:

"Detail : irpa_core. error. Timeout - Timeout error: Waiting for element meButton to appear (30 s)."
"Failed activity: Stop"

SAP Business ByDesign

The BPA/iRPA bots are automations based on event recordings. Considering this, any changes in the positioning of elements (such as changes caused by changing the Business ByDesign theme) may lead to errors during the execution.

In order to ensure that the elements are in the correct position according to the bot specification, please follow the below steps:

1. Log into the system with the user being used for the bot execution.
2. Click on the user avatar icon on the top-right of the screen.
3. Click on My Settings.
4. Navigate to the Appearance tab.
5. Select the theme as Belize.
6. Click on the Save and Close button.
