3507238 - ADS Exception : 20484 : Font xxx_Normal_Normal_UTF-16 could not be found.

Symptom

When creating PDF by Adobe Document Server, it failed with ADS Exception.

ADS trace shows error below:

ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ads.exception.TransientException: A problem was encountered with the results: Exception: 20484 : Font <Font Name>_Normal_Normal_UTF-16 could not be found(200.101).
