3507331 - Missing space in one tag of the payment file

Symptom

Payment medium file has been generated; however, there is an issue with a missing space between the XML element tag name and its attribute.  

For example, a space is missing between "TaxblBaseAmt" and "Ccy"resulting in the following incorrect format:
<TaxblBaseAmtCcy="EUR">20</TaxblBaseAmt>

The correct format should be
<TaxblBaseAmt Ccy="EUR">20</TaxblBaseAmt>
