3507347 - Output Request is not available for object &1, with object key &2

You want to navigate to the output details of a business document, for example, a Billing Document or a Purchase Order.

Instead of navigating to the output screen, the system displays the message “Output Request is not available for object “PURCHASE_ORDER”, with object key “4500000001””, or “Output request is not available for object "BILLING_DOCUMENT", with object key "0090000001"".

Navigate to the output details in the 'Display Billing Documents' (VF03) app or the Display Purchase Order - Advanced (ME23N) app.

For the Display Purchase Order - Advanced (ME23N) app, follow these steps:

1. Choose 'Other Purchase Order'
2. Choose 'Other Document'
3. Choose 'Messages'. The following error message is displayed: "Output request is not available for object "PURCHASE_ORDER", with object key "...""

The business document has no output yet. In display mode the system also does not implicitly create an output instance anymore as prior to release 2408.

A software correction was applied with release 2408, which prevents that any output data is created in display mode.  

Switch to change mode or the corresponding change transaction. In change mode, you can still create the missing output instance and you can navigate to the output detail screen.
