3507373 - SAP DM APIs are not consistent in regards to CRUD concept

Different APIs of SAP DM behave differently in regards to CRUD concept. For example 

the API for the order                order/v1/orders/customValues

vs

the API for resource                   resource/v2/resources

or vs

the API for workcenter              workcenter/v2/workcenters

In the API call for the order, you can specify only the value of the Custom Field you update. The rest of assigned Custom Fields configured for the order will not be deleted, only the one from the API call will be updated. However, the APIs for resource or workcenter behave differently and you need to list all the Custom Fields in the request. Even the ones that are not changed. Otherwise, they will be deleted.
