3507384 - Scheduled Confirmation Update Run Stopped Working. You Need to Trigger it Manually Every Time

You have scheduled a Confirmation Update Run to run every work day, but this has stopped working. You always now need to manually trigger same and so orders are no longer transmitted to the logistics service provider on time.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Outbound Logistics Control work center. 
2. Go to the Automated Actions and select Confirmation Update Runs. 
3. Find and select relevant Run ID.
4. Show All Logs.
5. You can see the Run is no longer running at scheduled interval.

The responsible User is locked.

We recommend you unlock the user. If however there is a legitimate reason for the user to be locked, then we advise you obsolete/deactivate the Run and create a new one with an active user.
