3507481 - Story size limits introduced in SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.15 (QRC3)

The following warnings/error messages occur for large Stories in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) when trying to save Stories after the 2024 QRC3 update:

• Content that already exceeds 90mb:
   
  • There is a warning on the right upper corner of the toolbar indicating that this story exceeds the 90mb size limit
  • Saving the Story is not blocked, because of this message, but the warning message is indicating that this story exceeds the 90mb size limit
  • Saving the Story with "Save As" (duplicating the story) will be blocked with error message "We couldn't save your story because the X MB of space it uses exceeds the Y MB limit. Please reduce the size to save the story."
  • Converting to optimized will not be blocked and there are no warnings or new messages
      
• Content that is below 90mb:
  
  
  • If the story is >60MB there will be a warning on the right upper corner of the toolbar indicating that this story is approaching the 90mb size limit
  • If the story is >60MB there will be a warning on save/save as indicating that this story is approaching the 90mb size limit
  • If the story is increased to over 90MB save/save as will be blocked with error message "We couldn't save your story because the X MB of space it uses exceeds the Y MB limit. Please reduce the size to save the story."
