3507483 - Rehire with new employment option is not available in Rehire match step - Onboarding

Rehire with new employment option is not available in Rehire match step. User has all permissions, but still New Employment options is not displayed, only the Old employment one.

The same issue doesn't happen to all candidates, only one or few are affected.

"End date" was not maintained in rehire user's original record.

We rely on the Termination date (End date) of the previous Termination record which is a mandatory field. If we take a look at the data of the previous employment, the Termination date is not present: Data Inspector > Table _EMP_EMPLOYMENT_INFO > Users Sys ID > field "End Date" is empty.

That is why the Rehire with New Employment button is not showing. Please update this data in the original record and the option will be visible.
