3507504 - Inconsistent Numbering Format in Business Tasks

You are working with business tasks, and notice that the numbering format is different between tasks, even if the type of task is the same.

For example, there may be 2 business tasks for purchase order approval, however one shows the value with number format 123.456,78, while another may show the number format as 123,456.78.

1. Go to the Home work center.
2. Enter the Inbox view.
3. Change the query for "Open Tasks".

Here you can see that the number format between purchase order approval tasks is different.

The numbering format for purchase order business tasks depend on the number format defined by the user who created and ordered the purchase order.

In order to check the number format set for a user, you can follow the below steps:

1. Click on the user avatar icon on the top-right of the screen.
2. Click on My Settings.
3. Enter the Regional Settings tab.

Here you can check and modify the user's Decimal Notation.
