3507525 - Edit Details button is not appearing for any portlet on mobile browser - Employee Central

The "Edit Details" button is not appearing for any portlet on mobile browser, like dependents or emergency contacts, which allow these details. This is not applicable for mobile app, where the scenario is different.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Login to the instance using a mobile browser
2. Go to the profile of a user
3. Click on Dependents' portlet or any other portlet with details option
4. See that the button to Edit Details is not available
5. 

Engineering team is investigating.

Issue will be fixed on second half-year release of 2024, 2411. 

As a workaround, use the web browser version to edit the details.
