3507609 - How to purge Cancelled Onboardee through DRTM Master Data Purge - Onboarding

Onboarding is cancelled. How to purge the inactive candidate through DRTM Master Data Purge as he/she is excluded.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. DRTM Master Data is enough, you don't need to perform DRTM Onboarding Purge later.
2. In DRTM Master Data, please use “Upload a list of inactive users only (by User ID or Assignment ID) ” instead of select one user
3. Check "Ignore data retention time configuration for this purge request" to ignore any configured data retention times, and purge the master data of these users immediately.
