• The SAP Analytics Cloud URL API now allows story designers to filter on time and Parent child Hierarchies which are not default for BW Live Data connections

• Since 2024 QRC3, story designers are able to define URL API to filter on time and non-default Parent child Hierarchies in Optimized Design Experience (ODE) mode story based on live data connection to BW models.
•  "f(XX)Hierarchy" parameter supports to filter on time and parent-child hierarchies with different hierarchal values.  
• This functionality allows developers to generate URLs for stories with embedded hierarchy node filters.
• Parameter Syntax: f<XX>Hierarchy=<HierarchyName> 
  • <XX> is any number between 01 and 99. If there are several filters passed for filtering then assign a unique value of <XX> to each filter. <HierarchyName> is the name of the hierarchy you want to filter on.
• This is only supported in the Optimized Story Experience.
