Symptom

When executing a BW Planning Query after upgrade to BW7.4 or above, below error occurs.

An exception was raised.  
An exception with the type CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause.  
Error in internal data format
