Symptom

You are facing below errors when trying to access Embedded SAC (eSAC) in SAP Sales/Service Cloud Version 2 (V2) and you want to check if your configured Identity Provider (IdP) is sending the correct authentication value:

"It seems that you don't have an active account. Please contact your system administrator and ensure you have an active account on this system"

"There was an error when authenticating against the external identity provider. The user account must be pre-created. Please contact your system administrator"
