Start Course or Continue Course button is greyed out on Item Details page and user is unable to launch the content.

1. Access the Item Details page in Course Home either from the Library search, your Learning Plan or from a direct link which leads to the Item
2. Notice that the Start Course / Continue Course button is greyed out and cannot be selected
   
   
   
   
3. However, you are able to select these options directly from your Learning Plan

Purchasing Option is incorrectly defined on the Item, Cost Center(s) covering the selected purchasing option are not defined:

Purchasing Option 'Distribute Charges to Specified Account Codes' should be selected on the Item only if you are also defining the Cost Center(s) which would cover the price of the purchase.

1. Go to Learning Administration
2. Search for the item in question
3. Go to the Purchasing tab and edit the Purchasing Option as per the following rules:

• If item should not be charged and price is 0:
  • set purchasing option to 'No Charge'

• If item should be charged and price is higher than 0:
  • set purchasing option as per your business need, however if you select Purchasing Option 'Distribute Charges to Specified Account Codes' then you will need to define the Cost Center(s) where the charges would go. This can be done on the same Purchasing tab of the item where you selected the Purchasing Option by using the 'add one or more from list' option under the section called 'Add a Cost Center to the Item':
