Symptom
Offboarding process has two configured Custom Task and for each task there is a custom email, using the same trigger with filter rule, but the emails are being send twice for each task.

Cause

Resolution
Currently it is not possible to add a filter rule to set just one custom task. Example If you have two different custom tasks and two email triggers the emails will be duplicated, resulting in four emails.
Example for two custom tasks if only one email template is being used, it will trigger two emails due to two existing tasks.
You can include a token in the notification subject to identify each the task and avoid having more than one email.
