3507885 - Sales Employee cannot be added as a recipient to Workflow Rule

A Workflow Rule with action E-mail was created and it is desired to send e-mails to the Sales Employee of, for example Sales Quote, but there is no Sales Employee option available for the Recipient Determination.

It is currently not possible to add Sales Employee as Recipient Determination for Workflow Rules as per C4C standard design.

This is the system expected behavior.

If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.

As a workaround, it is possible to try using 'Owner' field or use BADI -"ExitForGettingWorkflowRecipient". But for more details on how to use this, please your implementation partner or contact C4C Expert Services to get the answers to your project-specific questions.
