Symptom
When entering numerical distribution values in a Calibration session template, receive an error:
Enter the range with the lower number first, such as 3-6.

Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Calibration
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Calibration Templates
- Select a template
- Select the Data tab
- In the Performance section, select one of the rating options
- Expand Set Numerical Distribution (optional)
- Enter values and receive the error
Cause
A guideline using the ranges from operator has the first number higher than the second number
Resolution
The system will highlight the numeric field within the guideline that has the numeric values from highest to lowest:
The system only supports numbers from lowest to highest when using the ranges from operator. You can correct the error by:
- Adjusting the highlighted field to be lower than the second number field
- Adjusting the second number field to be higher than the first number field
