3507924 - Account External ID not available for Workflow Rule

A notification Workflow Rule was created and it is required to have the Account External ID field set as placeholder, but the option is not seen there.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Administrator > Workflow Rules.
2. Open the desired rule.
3. Go forward until placeholder section.
4. In the Field column under placeholder, click on the dropdown and see there is no External ID option, only Account ID.

The External ID is not available by standard.

This is the expected system behavior.

If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.this would be a new requirement.
