3507930 - Released Project Time Sheets are Missing in Not Invoiced Time and Expenses View

Symptom

You have done the time recording for a project, however the released time sheets are not available in the Not invoiced time and expenses view. 

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Project Management work center
  2. Go to Not Invoiced Time and Expenses view
  3. Select the relevant Project 
  4. Select Edit Time and Expenses
  5. Observe that released hours are missing

Cause

When you release the time sheets, system will automatically Goods and Services Receipt document based on employee time calendar. Currently the Goods and Services Receipt document is in In Preparation status due to the error message - Status of project task not 'Started' or 'Released'.  Hence time recordings are missing in the Not Invoiced Time and Expenses view. 

Resolution

The status of project task is Completed. Kindly set the project task status to either Started or Released and Save.

  1. Now go to Goods and Services Receipts work center 
  2. Go to Receipts and Returns view
  3. Select Show by Documents
  4. Select the relevant Goods and Services Receipt 
  5. Select Edit and Click on Post
