3507954 - Add symbol is not enabled in the app 'Supplier Evaluation Weighting and Scoring'

Add (+) symbol is missing in the 'Supplier Evaluation Weighting and Scoring' app. This + button is used to do the scoring for the purchase category.

In the app 'Supplier Evaluation Weighting and Scoring', the '+' button will only be available when there are any Purchasing Categories which are not already maintained.
In other words, add button will be visible only if there are any Purchasing Category which are not yet assigned with any score.

It is possible to use the add button in app 'Supplier Evaluation Weighting and Scoring' as provided in the blog SAP S/4HANA Supplier Evaluation Steps, after creating a new Purchasing Category using the app 'Manage Purchasing Categories'.
