3507980 - Survey link stopped working

A Workflow Rule was created to send e-mails with a Satisfaction Survey link, which is provided inside the e-mail's template. However, the Survey link is not opening anymore, it seems to be corrupted.

Also, when opening the Workflow Rule affected the warning message "Survey placeholder will not be replaced if the recipient is the static e-mail address" is shown.

In the Workflow Rule there is no recipient determination, but has a few e-mail addresses maintained.

The message "Survey placeholder will not be replaced if the recipient is the static e-mail address" shows when it is using static email. This means that the Recipient Determination should be used instead of directly giving email address in the E-mail address field inside Workflow Rule.

That is why nothing happens when clicking on the hyperlink when the survey is received.

Maintain a recipient determination in the Workflow Rule and delete the static e-mail address added.
