SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
A Workflow Rule was created to send e-mails with a Satisfaction Survey link, which is provided inside the e-mail's template. However, the Survey link is not opening anymore, it seems to be corrupted.
Also, when opening the Workflow Rule affected the warning message "Survey placeholder will not be replaced if the recipient is the static e-mail address" is shown.
