3507982 - Interview Feedback ToDo Tile stuck on Home Page when application moved via OData - Recruiting Management

Provide Interview Feedback ToDo tile does not get removed from the home page when applications are moved into a disqualified status via OData.

The Behaviour in the application pipeline is not the same in the UI as with OData (via Integration Centre)
