The <include> tag in the SAPUILandscape.xml is being ignored and all connections from the included file are missing from SAP Logon.
For example, in a SAPUILandscape.xml there's the following include section:
<Include url="https://mygui.gui.com/landscape/landscapeglobal.xml" index="0" description="SAP Reserved"/>
Every system connection from the "landscapeglobal.xml" is missing in the SAP Logon.
