3508201 - Blocked / Obsolete Account as Member for Target Group

An account with the blocked or obsolete status can be added as a member when creating a target group for a sales campaign.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center
2. Go to the Target Groups view
3. Create a new Target Group
4. Go to the Members facet
5. Click Add Accounts
6. Search for a Blocked or Obsolete Account
7. Select the Blocked or Obsolete Account
8. Click Save

Result: A Blocked or Obsolete Account can be added as a member.

This is the standard behavior of the system.
