This explains the behavior of sorting system for Foundation Objects

1. Set BizX Language to English

2. Go to Manage Org, Job Structures page and select any Foundation Object

3. You will see that alphabet sorting for English is working fine

4. Change BizX Language to any other Language like Polish

5. You will notice that the arrangement according to the other language arrangement is not being followed

All the entities in Manage Org, Job Structures pages are sorted on Alphabetic order only in English. This is the legacy design and other languages are not supported sorting as of now.

This is an actual behavior. You may raise an enhancement request.
