3508379 - Job Relationships can be updated with the same user in a concurrent employment - Employee Central

When we try to add a job relationships for a user, we are able to select the same user in a concurrent employment.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to a profile of a user who has concurrent employments
2. Access the Job Relationships portlet
3. Add one job relationship and search for the same user in the search box
4. See that the user is selectable
5. Save
6. Change is successful

It is possible to assign the user to themselves in the job relationships portlet, if a concurrent employment exists. The same employment is not allowed, just a concurrent employment.

This behavior is not applicable for Job Information, as a user cannot report to themselves as a manager in the Organizational Structure.
