Update on employee's position field via 'Manage My Team' feature is getting blank until click outside the field box.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Manage My Team

1. Go to Manage My Team of any manager.
2. pick an employee and click on Actions of same.
3. Click on Change Job and Compensation Info.
4. Flag Job Information.
5. Change the position value of field to new one.
6. The field position will change but it will be blank.
7. Click outside the box and now the new position will appear.

• This will be fixed in 2H 2024 release.
• Work-around is to do changes directly from Employee Profile -> Take Action -> Change Job and Compensation Info.
