3508436 - Can not access TMC on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

You are using SAP S/4HANA Cloud public edition with 2-system landscape.

Technical Monitoring Cockpit (TMC), ABAP Runtime Errors, Capture Request Statistics are listed in the Fiori App Library. But they can not be added into the business catalog.

The Business Role Templates referenced in Fiori App Library (SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR & SAP_BR_DEVELOPER) do not have the catalog.

• SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition
• 2-System Landscape

As described in S/4 HANA Cloud guide (here), the apps for local monitoring are only available in a 3-system landscape.

The landscape details can be checked as follows:

1. Log in to S/4 HANA public Cloud system.
   
   
2. Navigate to the "Manage Your Solution" application.
   
   
3. In the "Manage Your Solution" application, go to the "Implementation Information" tab.
   
   
4. Under the "Implementation Information" tab, select "Landscape Management" to view the landscape information.
   
   
5. In the landscape information section, you will be able to see the details of your system landscape, including the number of systems (e.g., DEV, QAS, PRD) and their respective roles.

What is seen here is by design. 

If local monitoring is desired, consider to adopt 3-system landscape.
