3508484 - AWS: Not authorized to access the EC2 API

You have set up AWS data provider for SAP following note 3444021. Data is available in SAP system transaction ST06 and ST03N.

Following error is found in the log under /var/log/aws-dataprovider.

Unable to execute HTTP request: Connect to ec2.ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com:443
 [ec2.ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/10.131.202.149, ec2.ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/10.131.203.77] 
failed: connect timed out

The EC2 instance has access to the internet.
