Payment approval timestamp is not available in the CDS view I_BANKPAYMENTDOCUMENT or any other CDS view.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The information when was payment batch approved is not stored in any DB table of current model. In CDS view I_BANKPAYMENTDOCUMENT we are just storing the status of particular payment items, where you can see whether it was already approved or not.
Resolution
Use App "Schedule Payment Approvals Jobs" to create a job using the job template "Audit Report of Payment Approvers" where the user can see the status and also approvers of a particular payment batch.
