3508729 - FB736: Bank Account Management has no entry with Bank Key & and account &

Symptom

  • When a bank statement is imported, the following error message is raised: Bank account management has no entry with bank key & and account & (FB736).
  • The alternative account number for the house bank account is used.
  • In transaction FBZP, under "Bank Accounts", the alternative bank account number (for example 1234567890) is visible.
  • During the selection in transaction SE16 with the alternative bank account number 1234567890, the system does not find a hit in table T012K.
  • If one add a "*" to the beginning and also at the end to the alternative account number during the selection (*1234567890*), the selection is successful.
