3508741 - Errors with Transport Requests and Export Customizing Transports app after 2408 upgrade - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Unable to create new transport request while saving entries in the configuration activity because of the error 'Create task for transport XYZ with Export Customizing Transport app'
• Error 'Create task for transport XYZ with Export Customizing Transport app' in app Export Customizing Transports while creating the new TR
• Error 'Use transport XYZ. Only 1 transport is allowed.' obtained while trying to maintain a task in transport request using Export Customizing Transports app.
• User unable to create new transport requests after 2408 upgrade.
• New configuration changes are getting saved by default in old transport request.
• User is unable to suspend the automation in the Import Collection app using "Import Automation Settings" because the "Suspend" checkbox is not available.
