3508746 - "Not equal" filter is not available in SCIM API

Symptom

In regular OData API you can use the filter "ne" (Not Equal) to exclude specific values in the response (refer to "Logical Operators" section of the Help Portal page $filter).

Is there any alternative for SCIM API?
