3508788 - How to set SAML tracer extension in the browser for Story troubleshooting

SAML traces extension needs to be set in Chrome or Edge for Story troubleshooting.

NOTE: SAML traces should not be collected when accessing the instance with Support Access. It must be collected while directly accessing the instance (user+password or SSO).

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Download and install the SAML-tracer extension from the following hyperlink: Chrome/Edge
2. Click on "Add to Chrome"

    3. Click on "Add Extension":

    4. Pin the SAML-tracer extension

    5. Allow the extension to be displayed in the Incognito mode by clicking on Manage extensions > Details > turn ON the "Allow in Incognito"
