When clicking the "Order" button of an "Other" item type, the system returns an error message: "@xweb/sofia - Invalid batch request, no requests".

2. Learning Activities > Items > Search and access the desired "Other" item type >
3. "Item Details" tab > "Shipping Required" is set to "No" >
4. Learning user side >
5. Search for the given "Other" item type >
6. Either click "Order" or open the item and click "Order" >
7. The system returns an error: "@xweb/sofia - Invalid batch request, no requests". 

When clicking “Order”, as part of the actions that happen in the system’s background, there’s one API that checks the countries. In the Learning environment where this error is seen, there’s no country and the code isn’t properly in place to deal with it.

Workaround: Create a country in the Learning Administration side > References > Geography > Countries/Regions (SAP SuccessFactors Learning Countries).
