When clicking the "Order" button of an "Other" item type, the system returns an error message: "@xweb/sofia - Invalid batch request, no requests".

2. Learning Activities > Items > Search and access the desired "Other" item type >
3. "Item Details" tab > "Shipping Required" is set to "No" >
4. Learning user side >
5. Search for the given "Other" item type >
6. Either click "Order" or open the item and click "Order" >
7. The system returns an error: "@xweb/sofia - Invalid batch request, no requests". 

When clicking “Order”, as part of the actions that happen in the system’s background, there’s one API that checks the countries. In the Learning environment where this error is seen, there’s no country and the code isn’t properly in place to deal with it.

Our Learning Engineering team has finalized their work on the situation and the fix is targeted to be delivered with the 2411 Learning system version. It's currently being verified the possibility of correcting it via a 2405 patch. Please, set this KBA as a favorite (star icon on the top right corner) to receive updates on it.
