3508851 - Missing My Forms Inbox Filters

After the 2411 release, the My Forms Inbox is missing the form filters at the top of the page:

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to the home dropdown > Performance
3. Filters are missing from the top of the Inbox

The Use RBP to control visibility of filters on the latest My Forms page setting has been enabled but permissions have not been configured

With the 2411 release, the new Use RBP to control visibility of filters on the latest My Forms page setting was provided as an option for customers to change the kinds of filters available to users depending on their role. However, enabling the setting alone without configuring the permissions will result in no filters being displayed. The role-based permissions cannot be configured in advance of enabling the setting. To resolve this issue:

• Disable the Use RBP to control visibility of filters on the latest My Forms page setting in Performance Management Feature Settings
• Navigate to Manage Permission Roles. Under User Permissions > Performance > Form Filters, you can select All or the specific filters employees should have
