3508888 - Options under Action section in Spotlight

If you view the spotlight section of a user, you will notice that there are options available under Action Section such as "Change Chosen Name", "Change Location" and "View Job". How can we modify the options shown in the Action Section.

Successfactor Employee Central, Employee Profile

1. Search for the affected user

2. Check the spotlight Action section and you will notice the options (some or all) pertaining to "Change Chosen Name", "Change Location" and "View Job"

Current design does not have the capability to modify the options show under the Actions section in Spotlight. As long as user has permission for "Change Chosen Name", "Change Location" and "View Job", these options will show in the Action section as a default and nothing else can be added.
