3508892 - Document Routing Notification was not sent out although configured - Recruiting Management

• The respective approvers can't receive the Document Routing Notification for job requisition approvals or offer approvals.
• The consolidated email notification is not triggering.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Centre > Email Notification Template Settings
2. Select the Document Routing Notification > Enable "Consolidate Notification for the same recipient into single email."
3. Route a job requisition or offer approval to the next approver
4. No email has been triggered to the approver

When option "Consolidate notifications for the same recipient into one single email." is enabled, it will consolidate all the emails which share the same email type and send to the same  approver in one single email according to the interval configuration.

The email subject will be followed by Summary, e.g. "Form Routing Notice (Summary)".

Please review the following configurations in Admin Center > Email Notification Templates Settings > Document Routing Notification:

• Consolidate notifications for the same recipient into one single email
  
•  Customize Settings for Form Templates > Consolidated & Interval > [Locate the Job Requisition or Offer Detail template]
  

To trigger the notification immediately for job requisition or offer detail template, disable the "Consolidated & Interval" checkbox in Customize Settings for Form Templates.

Note: Disabling the "Consolidate notifications for the same recipient into one single email." option will turn off the consolidate notifications for all the templates.
