3508920 - "Unable to Fetch Offer details Template ID" error when creating/editing offer approval - Recruiting Management

When trying to edit the offer detail form, users are coming across the following error: Unable to fetch Offer Detail template ID.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Job requisition
2. Go to candidate and click take action -> offer -> offer approval
3. Select an offer template and the error appears

• RBP permissions missing for the offer approval creator. 
• Business rule assigned to select offer approval template based on criteria but user does not have permission for that particular template

The Role-based permission for creating the offer detail template must be given to the user.

Add permission to the offer approval creator under Manage Permission Roles > General User Permission > Permission to create forms > Select the offer detail template, then you can create offer approval form with no error.
