The flag "QM not active" at customizing "Set QM Check for Each Movement Type" is set but still inspection lot is created for origin 17 EWM relevant inbound deliveries.

Creation of inspection lot with origin 17 is controlled by EWM customizings. Therefore, setting to prevent inspection lot creation at customizing "Set QM Check for Each Movement Type" is not considered.

It is not possible to prevent the inspection lot creation per movemen type.  It is only possible to control with IOTs - Customizing "Define and Activate Warehouse-Dependent IOTs".
