3509062 - 'Congratulations!' Page Does Not Automatically Appear if User Initially Submits an Incomplete Course Survey but Completes it the Second Time

The 'Congratulations!' page does not pop-up if the user submits the course survey with validation error that is due to the course survey incompletion first, and then completes the survey and submits it again.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign an item to user

2. User go to 'my learning' and start the course

3. Finish the content as usual > go to survey > click 'submit' without answering any questions > see validation error

4. Ignore the validation error and continue to complete the survey > submit it again

5. Page will be directed back to course content > notice that 'Congratulations' page does NOT pop-up

6. However, if take and complete the survey normally > > notice that 'Congratulations' page does pop-up

As per Engineering, this is an expected behavior.

In case of a user has accidently pressed 'Submit' without entering anything, the user can still complete the course as usual by pressing the 'Verify course Completion' button after being returned to the content page.
