3509119 - Candidate is not moved from one Talent Pool to another with a reason

Symptom

When moving a candidate from Talent Pool A to Talent Pool B when the candidate already exists in Talent Pool B only the following is displayed as an error:

0 out of 1 candidates were added to talent pool

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Recruiting
Select Candidates
Select Talent Pools
Select Talent Pool A
Select a candidate then select Action
Move candidate from Talent Pool A to Talent Pool B
Following is displayed as an error:
0 out of 1 candidates were added to talent pool

Cause

There is no error handler present for the scenario where the candidate already exists in the destination Talent Pool.

Resolution

This issue is identified as expected by development team. For detailed handler an enhancment will be required.
