3509120 - Inconsistency in Delivery Creation Traffic Light Indication in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

• In SAP S/4HANA, while attempting to deliver an order, the traffic light sometimes displays a red error message and sometimes a green error message, indicating an inconsistency.
• This inconsistency is observed when the serial number is missing in the order.
• The traffic light appears red when the full order is complete by the delivery date and green when the order is partially ready.
