3509143 - Group Reporting: "Export to Spreadsheet" function not working after upgrade to S/4HANA 2023

"Export to Spreadsheet" option not working after upgrade to S/4HANA 2023. 
For example, if you use the Display Group Journal Entries or the Group Data Analysis app and you click to the "Export to Spreadsheet" button, nothing happens.

In the Console Log, you get errors like below:
