3509154 - Group Reporting: Fiori app state is not persistent across browser sessions

Symptom

The following functions does not work as the user expects, for example, when using the Group Data Analysis (App ID: W0135) or the Group Data Analysis with Reporting Rules (App ID: W0136) apps in the Fiori Launchpad:

  • Sending an email with URL link to a Fiori app in a certain state opens the app without the parameters/filters specified.
  • When bookmarking an app or save it as a tile, the app is opened in it's base state, with no parameters/filters saved.
  • After the Launchpad has timed out and logged out, going back to an application that was previously opened does not show the state it was in before.
  • After selecting a variant, then opening any item in an app, when navigating back, the standard variant is shown instead of the one selected previously.
