How to restrict the "Release" button option in App "Manage Documented Credit Decision".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The App Manage Documented Credit Decision is available with these business catalogs "SAP_FIN_BC_CR_CASES_PC" and "SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_DISPLAY_PC". The business catalog "SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_DISPLAY_PC" given only thee display authorizations to the user.

1. Go to App Business Role Template
2. Search for template business role Credit Controller "SAP_BR_CREDIT_CONTROLLER"
3. Select the template and click on the button "Create Business Role" to create a custom business role "Z_SAP_BR_CREDIT_CONTROLLER"
4. Provide the New Business Role ID ex. "Z_SAP_BR_CREDIT_CONTROLLER".
   New Business Role Description, and
   Option for Spaces = User Predefined Spaces
5. Press OK.
6. In the newly created custom business role remove the business catalog "SAP_FIN_BC_CR_CASES_PC".
7. Save the new custom business role.
8. Assign the custom business role to the user to whom only display authorization is needed for Documented Credit Decisions.
